This site has no accounts, no login and no payment handling. Nothing here is built to collect personal information, which keeps this document brief.

Recorded automatically is the routine technical data any web server logs: pages opened, an approximate region derived from the IP address, browser and device type, and the referring link. We read it only in aggregate, to judge which explanations are working.

An email to us is kept, with your address, only as long as replying takes. If you write to us about a dispute, please do not include account credentials or identity documents — we cannot act on them and have no secure way to hold them.

The site runs over an encrypted connection and holds no account database, no passwords, no documents and no payment records. Data never collected cannot be exposed, which is the only security statement that does not require taking someone's word for it.

Server logs and aggregate analytics are all that remain, kept only while useful and never shared for marketing.

Depending on where you live you may be able to ask what data relates to you, request deletion, or object to processing. Because so little is held and none of it names you, these requests are usually simple.
